Your calculator inputs stay on your device

MW SysArc Tools performs its calculations in your browser. Amounts, dates, participant labels, pasted text, letters, generated QR content and other calculator inputs are not sent to MW SysArc, placed in cookies or saved by the free tools. An MW Tools Plus member can explicitly select “Save to Plus”; only then is the displayed calculation state sent to the member's private workspace. Do not enter sensitive information into a tool unless you are comfortable processing it on your own device.

Who is responsible

MW SysArc is responsible for the website-level processing described here. Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to support@mwsysarc.com.

Website delivery and security logs

The hosting and network layers process request information needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include an IP address, time, requested URL, response status, browser user agent and security events. The purpose is reliable delivery, abuse prevention and service security. The legal basis is MW SysArc's legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. Calculator inputs are not included in these requests.

MW Tools Plus accounts

When you purchase Plus, Stripe processes payment and billing information and supplies MW SysArc with a customer identifier, subscription status and the email used at checkout. MW SysArc stores that account metadata, passkey public credentials, session records and anything you deliberately save. Passkeys do not give MW SysArc your device PIN, fingerprint or face data. Account and saved-work data is held in an EU Cloudflare D1 database to provide the service you requested. It remains until you delete an item or your account, subject to limited records that must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal duties.

Advertising, consent and recipients

MW SysArc uses Google AdSense to fund the free tools. Google and the advertising technology providers listed in the consent message may process device information, IP addresses, page activity, cookies and similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, only when permitted, personalization. Advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalization and analytics storage default to denied. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google’s certified consent platform asks for a choice and communicates it to participating providers. Calculator inputs and pasted text are not supplied to advertisers.

Your choices and rights

Use the control at the bottom of every page to review or withdraw an advertising choice. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Plus members can export saved data from My Tools and request account deletion. Unsaved calculation inputs never reach MW SysArc, so MW SysArc cannot retrieve or erase them.

International processing and retention

Hosting and advertising providers may process website-level information in countries outside your own. The relevant provider is responsible for the safeguards described in its terms and privacy information. Website and security records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, security, abuse investigation and legal obligations. Advertising consent records and identifiers follow the retention information presented by the consent platform and advertising providers.

Future tools and policy changes

If a future utility requires an upload or server-side operation, it will say so clearly before processing begins and will have a defined purpose and retention policy. Material changes to this policy will be reflected by a new update date on this page.
